How to Cancel IdentityIQ Online (Member Dashboard)

Online cancellation isn’t offered to every member. IdentityIQ says you can cancel by clicking the cancel button from the member dashboard “where available”, and it doesn’t publish which members or plans get that button. If yours has it:

1. Sign in to your member account.
   Go to the IdentityIQ member login and sign in with your username and password.
2. Click the cancel button on your dashboard.
