Method 1: How to Cancel Prestige Car Wash Membership Online

Refund Policy
Prestige Car Wash issues no refunds or credits for partial months. Once your billing date passes, that month is non-refundable — your membership stays active through the end of the cycle you already paid for.
Why Was I Charged After I Canceled?

The most common reason is that your billing date arrived before your cancellation fully processed. The system automatically charges your card on your billing date.
To avoid a charge, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your billing date. If you canceled on or after that date—even by a few hours—the payment has already posted. Your cancellation will still take effect for the following month, but the current charge is non-refundable.
If you are certain you canceled before your deadline, take these steps to get your money back:
