How to Cancel Clean Machine Car Wash Membership
Cancel a Mr. Magic Car Wash membership at least 5 days before your monthly charge date by emailing members@mrmagiccarwash.com or calling (412) 343-3555; a later request means you pay for the next month. Email is the better choice, because the sent message is your proof.[1]

How to cancel Mr. Magic by email (members@mrmagiccarwash.com)
Mr. Magic’s Unlimited Wash Club terms name two ways to cancel, email or phone, and the 5-day deadline applies to both.
Find your charge date
Check the day your card is charged each month on your enrollment receipt or bank statement. Your request has to arrive at least 5 days before it.
Write a short cancellation email
Say you want to cancel your Unlimited Wash Club membership. Include your name, the phone number on the account and the license plate of each car you’re canceling, and ask Mr. Magic to confirm the cancellation in writing.

Keep the sent email and the reply
Save the sent message with its date and any confirmation you get back. Then check that no new charge appears on your next charge date.
Watch out: your sent copy is your proof that you asked in time, so don’t delete it.

A later request is billed for the next month.
Can you cancel Mr. Magic by phone?
Yes. Call Mr. Magic customer support at (412) 343-3555 and ask to cancel your Unlimited Wash Club membership, again at least 5 days before your charge date.[2]
Write down the date, time and the name of the person you spoke to. Then send a short email to members@mrmagiccarwash.com repeating that you canceled by phone, so the request is also in writing.
What Manage My Plan is for
Manage My Plan is Mr. Magic’s member dashboard for vehicles, memberships and billing information. You log in with your membership phone number and a verification code sent by text.[3]
The membership terms list email and phone as the ways to cancel, so use Manage My Plan to check your plan and card, not as your cancellation record.
Mr. Magic cancellation deadline: 5 days before your charge date
Your membership renews automatically every month, on the same day of the month you enrolled. A cancellation has to reach Mr. Magic at least 5 days before that charge date, or you’re charged for the next month.
No credits or refunds are given for partial months, and any other refund is up to management.[1][4]
Example: you joined on January 30, so your card is charged on the 28th of each month. To avoid the November 28 charge, your email should arrive by November 23 at the latest; sending it a few days earlier gives you room.
The terms don’t say whether washes stay active until your next charge date once you cancel, so ask when you email or call. They also don’t mention a pause, so plan on keeping the membership or canceling it.
Joined on a $10 deal? It becomes a regular monthly plan
Mr. Magic has said its “3 for 30” promotion is a recurring monthly membership, not a one-time three-month trial. After the offer, the plan is billed at the regular monthly rate for your plan.[5]
If you only wanted the promo, cancel at least 5 days before the first charge at the regular rate.
Prices can also change later. Mr. Magic can raise prices by posting a notice at its locations, and washing after a change is posted counts as accepting it.[1]
Sold or replaced your car? Cancel or ask before you switch
A Wash Club membership covers only the enrolled vehicle. It moves to another car only with Mr. Magic’s consent, and switching it without permission can end the membership immediately.[1]
Before the car changes hands, email members@mrmagiccarwash.com to cancel that car’s plan or to ask about moving it to your new car, at least 5 days before your next charge date.
If you’re an MVP Unlimited member, the Family Plan adds a vehicle for $15 a month through Manage My Plan.[3]
Still charged after you cancel Mr. Magic?
In BBB complaints filed from June to September 2026, members described joining on a promotion of about $10 and then seeing charges of about $48 a month, some after canceling by email or selling the car. In its replies, Mr. Magic said it had no record of some of those cancellation requests.[5]
If you’re charged after canceling, reply to your original email with the sent date and ask for the charge to be reversed. If that fails, contact your card issuer about a dispute and attach your sent email.
Mr. Magic and Magic Mike’s are different car washes
Magic Mike’s Car Wash, on Golden Mile Highway in Pittsburgh, is a separate business with its own Unlimited Magic Club.[6]
