4. Check the email address on file for the cancellation confirmation, which states the date your washes stay active until.

Timing: the terms ask for one day’s notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your next recharge date, that charge still goes through and the membership ends after that final billing period.

Include details that help support find your account: your name, the email and phone number on the membership, your license plate, and the location where you signed up. Ask them to confirm the cancellation in writing.

Send it at least a day before your recharge date and keep the sent email. The terms say a confirmation goes to the email address on file; if none arrives, follow up by phone.

After you cancel: washes continue until your next recharge date, paid fees are not refunded, and no credit is given for the unused part of the month. If Express Wash Concepts raises your rate, it emails advance notice, and you can cancel before the increase takes effect.
