Breeze Thru reviews these manually within 1–2 business days — but submit 3–5 days before your billing date to avoid being charged while the review is still processing.

Multiple vehicles? Submit a separate form for each vehicle. One membership per vehicle means one cancellation per vehicle — a single form does not cover your full account if more than one car is enrolled.

Refund Policy for Unused Time
Breeze Thru Car Wash refunds nothing for partial billing periods — monthly or annual. Once your card is charged, your pass stays active through the end of that cycle regardless of when you stop using it.
No Pause or Freeze Option
Breeze Thru Car Wash does not offer a membership pause. Cancel when you need a break. To reactivate, pull up to any Breeze Thru kiosk and swipe the card on file — your sticker reactivates instantly, no sign-up or phone call needed.
Annual Wash Pass Cancellation
Annual Wash Passes carry no refund option due to their discounted pricing. Breeze Thru does not prorate or credit annual pass cancellations under any circumstance.
