How to Cancel Workout Anytime Membership
In-Person at Home Club
Visit your homeclub, to cancel your Workout Anytime membership.
- First, go to your 24/7 Workout Anytime home club during staffed hours (GYM you signed up).
- Ask the reception to “cancel your membership”.
- Fill up “cancellation form” usually Full Name, MembershipID and Reason.
- Some studios need “managerial or owner’s approval”. (Where most of you will struggle)
- Clear pending payments and cancellation fees (based on gym contract).
- Finally, request cancellation receipt (keep it safe for future disputes).
Sending a Certified Mail
If you have relocated and need to cancel your Workout Anytime club subscription, then follow the steps listed below.
- Send a cancellation notice to your Workout Anytime Location or their Headquarters

To cancel your 24/7 Workout Anytime membership online, follow the steps listed below.

- Login or Create a new account (Need Agreement Number)
- Click on “My Account” from the menu bar.
- Click on “Cancel” link on the screen.
- Check and confirm your fees and dues.
- Click on “Submit Cancel Request” button from the bottom.

- Follow-upo with your Home Club to confirm your cancellaiton.
You can try canceling through Workot Anytime’s official payment processing partner “ABC Fitness“. They support online payment, change in pay methods, membership details and also cancellation (only if the gyms support).
Unlike GYMs like Retro Fitness, they have not listed it on their terms and conditions. Please check your gym contarct for more information or call ABC fitness directly.
