- Refunds and Discounts: Refunds or discounts are at ZIPS’ discretion and according to the applicable law.
- Prepaid Plan Cancellation: Prepaid plans can only be canceled within the first month. After that, they are non-cancelable and non-refundable. If canceled within the first month, you can receive a refund for the remaining term.
- Account Termination: ZIPS may suspend, deactivate, or terminate your membership for any reason. ZIPS is not obligated to credit or discount fees for such actions unless the law requires.
