How to Cancel your Retro Fitness Membership?

Cancellation Fees & Notice Period

Retor fitness will charge early termination fees, check out list below to know time frame.

1. Within 3 days of signing → Cancel without penalty.
2. Within the first year (after 3 days) → Pay either:
   • 3 months of membership fees, or
   • Remaining balance of a 12-month contract.
   • Gym access remains available during this period.
3. After 12 months → Cancel with 7 days’ notice by submitting a signed letter to the gym manager.

5 Methods to Cancel Retro Fitness Membership

Retro Fitness accepts cancellation via online through website, In-Person visit, by Phone call, sending Mail or Email.

Online Cancellation

You can cancel your Retor Fitness Membership online.

1. Visit Retro Fitness Website
2. Click on “manage membership” from top right corner you will be redirected to myiclubonline.com.
3. Log into your account or create new using your “Agreement Number”.
4. Click on “Cancel Request”.
5. Fill up your “form “Online Cancellation Request Form”
6. Check your Fees and Dues then click on “submit request”.
7. Print your “Cancellation Confirmation”.

You might be charged one last time if your gyms charges you a cancellation fees and have dues.

As a 3rd party company will be processing your request on behalf of retro, it is important to check your email for confirmation or call your gym to make sure your account has been deactivated officially.

In-Person or Written Cancellation

1. Write a cancellation letter Including your full name, membership number and address.
2. Add your signature and date then print it out.
3. Visit your local Retro Fitness branch during staffed hours.
4. Hand over the written notice to your club manager or owner where you joined.

Some location require you to meet or approve request through manager.

Canceling your retor fitness by visiting your gym is another recommended method, as it does not require unnecessary wait, dealys or confusion. If you are unable to visit your local gym then try calling them.

by Mail

1. Write a cancellation letter Including your full name, membership number and address.
2. Add your signature and date (print or handwrite).
3. Send the letter through Certified Mail to your GYM. (Check mailing address in table below)
4. Wait for replay through mail, email, or call within 3 days to a week.
5. If they do not reply, follow up or visit untill you receive confirmation.

According to companies policy you need to send it exclusively through certified mail.

1. Call your GYM (check number below)
2. Request them “I want to cancel my Retro Fitness Membership”.
3. Provide your Full Name and Membership Details.
4. They might ask your “Reason for cancellation” – be prepared.
5. They will check is you have any payments due then process your request.
6. Finally, complete these process and receive your confirmation.

Some locations might ask you to visit GYM to sing on your cancellation form or ask for additional documents like written notice.
