Cancelling your Caliber Car Wash Limitless membership takes one of two paths: logging into the online member dashboard or visiting a location in person. There’s no contract or cancellation fee.
The part that trips most people up is finding the right entry point — the login portal is tucked inside the hamburger menu or at the bottom of the page, and it’s tied to your specific enrolled location, not a general site-wide login.
Before You Cancel
The 7-day rule. Submit your cancellation at least 7 days before your monthly recharge date — the anniversary of the day you first signed up. Miss that window and the next charge will process regardless.
No phone support. Caliber does not publish a customer service number. Calls to individual locations frequently go unanswered or are told they can’t help. The online dashboard and in-person visits are your only reliable routes.
License plate or RFID sticker. At most locations your membership is tied to your license plate number. At some locations an RFID windshield sticker is used instead. You’ll also need your phone number or email — these are the login credentials for the member dashboard.
What to have ready:
- Mobile number or email used at sign-up
- License plate number + state (alternative login)
- Last name + barcode (alternative login)
- The Caliber location where you originally enrolled
Method 1: Cancel Online

The login portal is not on the homepage — it’s accessed through the hamburger menu (☰) at the top of any page, or from the bottom of your enrolled location’s page.
- Go to calibercarwash.com and open the hamburger menu ☰ — or go to calibercarwash.com/locations, find your enrolled location, and scroll to the bottom of that page
- Click “Manage My Membership”
- A location confirmation screen will appear: “Confirm your location — You’re about to manage your Limitless Membership from: [your location address]” — Click Proceed if correct, or Switch Location if you enrolled at a different branch
- On the login screen, enter your mobile number or email and click Continue
- If that doesn’t work, click “Try a different method” and log in using one of:
- Last Name + Barcode
- License Plate Number + State
- Once inside your dashboard, navigate to your membership settings and select the cancellation option.
- Complete the cancellation and watch for a confirmation email or text
Note: You must confirm or switch to the correct location before logging in — Caliber’s system ties your account to a specific branch. If your location is wrong on the confirmation screen, click Switch Location before proceeding.
Note: If you can’t find the “Manage Your Limitless Account” button, scroll down the location page — it may sit lower depending on your screen. If the portal isn’t loading or the button is missing, use the Zendesk support form at calibercarwashhelp.zendesk.com and request cancellation in writing — Caliber states they respond within 24 hours.
Method 2: Cancel In Person

- Drive to any Caliber Car Wash — use calibercarwash.com/locations to find the nearest one
- Tell a team member you want to cancel your Limitless membership
- Give them your license plate number and phone number — staff use these to pull up your account
- Ask the team member to confirm the cancellation and send a written confirmation to your email before you leave
Note: Go in person if you’re within 7 days of your recharge date and need immediate handling. Be aware that some individual locations have told customers they can’t process cancellations — if that happens, ask them to contact corporate on your behalf, or submit the cancellation via the online portal on your phone while you’re there.
If You’re Charged After Cancelling

This is the most common complaint filed against Caliber. If a charge appears after a confirmed cancellation:
- Locate your cancellation confirmation email or text and note the date
- Submit a support request at calibercarwashhelp.zendesk.com with your confirmation as evidence
- If no response within 48 hours, file a complaint at bbb.org — this is the most consistently effective escalation path based on user reports
- Contact your bank or card issuer to dispute the charge — provide your cancellation confirmation as documentation
Important: Caliber has not responded to any of its 13 BBB complaints on record. Filing through the BBB still creates a paper trail that supports a bank dispute if needed.
How to Confirm Your Cancellation
After submitting, you should receive a confirmation email or text. If nothing arrives within 24–48 hours, do not assume it went through — follow up via the Zendesk form. After your final billing date passes, check your bank statement to confirm no further charge has appeared.
